All products available on this website are made to order. This means production begins after your purchase is completed.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

All prices are listed in HUF (Hungarian Forint) and include VAT as required by law.
We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice.
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.
4. Shipping and Delivery
All items are produced individually after your order is placed.
Estimated delivery time is approximately 2 weeks.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or customs.
5. Returns and Refunds
Since each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to size issues or change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged or with a production error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address], including photos and your order number.
We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.
6. Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production begins. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once production has started.
7. Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions and images, but cannot guarantee perfect accuracy on every screen or browser.
8. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the website, services, or any content at any time without notice.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved under Hungarian jurisdiction.
