At Dropin, every product is made to order with care and intention – which means we do not hold stock and cannot accept returns or exchanges due to size or preference.

Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.


No Returns or Exchanges

Because each item is produced individually once your order is placed, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Please make sure to:

  • Check the size guide before ordering

  • Review your order details carefully before checkout


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a production error:

  • Contact us at [your email address] within 7 days of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the issue and your order number

  • We’ll assess the case and provide a replacement or refund if appropriate


Order Cancellation

Since your item enters production shortly after your order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to help before production begins.


Estimated Delivery

All items are made to order. Delivery time is approximately 2 weeks from the date of purchase.
