All Dropin products are made to order, which means we begin production once your order is placed. This approach allows us to reduce waste and ensure each item is produced consciously and responsibly.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and sent into production within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Production time typically takes 5–8 business days depending on the product and order volume.


Estimated Delivery Time

  • Hungary: approx. 8–14 business days from the order date

  • EU countries: approx. 10–16 business days

  • Rest of the world: approx. 12–20 business days

Please note: these are estimated delivery windows and may vary depending on location, holidays, and courier delays.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time – stay tuned via our newsletter or Instagram.


Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, if available for your location.


Shipping Providers

Within Hungary, we deliver all orders using GLS courier service, which provides reliable home delivery.
For international orders, we work with trusted logistics and on-demand production partners to ensure timely and safe delivery.

Delays due to courier errors, customs, or external factors are outside our control, but we’re always here to help resolve issues.


Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country.


Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed deliveries.
